Scope of the role:

• Assist the Maintenance and Electrical Supervisor to provide timely maintenance and efficient electrical engineering services to Ducab’s assets to ensure optimum operation, minimum loss time, and maximum asset life.
• Undertake and analyze electrical breakdowns.

Job requirements:

• Three Years Diploma in Electrical or certificate from an accredited industrial training institute with 4 – 5 relevant experience in electrical maintenance of heavy industrial machinery experience within a large manufacturing plant, in an ERP environment using SAP.
• Good knowledge of PLC drive troubleshooting and programming.
• Relevant trade maintenance skills, troubleshooting, problem solving skills and able to read electrical drawings.
• Fluency in English both written and spoken.
