Review all expenses related to factory.
Plan and record variable costs (e.g. purchases of raw material and operations costs)
Track an analysis the changes in finished goods cost.
Review customs duty and confirm to pay.
Review and validate proposed stock write-off.
Identify negative margin contributors, low margin contributors, and high margin opportunities and report the same every month.
FOC, Samples analysis, and monthly reports.
Review of inventory ageing by consignment store / warehouse location / batch / expiry / item / category etc.
Monthly listing for Near expiry, damage destruction details for Stock.
Assisting in month-end and year-end closing
Identify and recommend cost-effective solutions
