We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Associate to join our team in Dubai. As a Female Customer Service Associate, you will play a key role in representing our company and building strong customer relationships.

– Handle customer inquiries professionally via phone, email, and in-person
– Provide accurate information about products and services
– Create quotes, place orders with the supplier and process returns
– Call existing customers for their requirements
– Collaborate with team members and Engineers to achieve sales objectives
– Attend weekly meetings and team activities
– Assist with store activities

– Proven work experience in a customer service role
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Fluency in English
– Ability to work in Microsoft Excel
– Positive attitude and attention to detail

Salary:
AED 2,500 to 3,999 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
