Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about identifying business needs, working collaboratively with both internal stakeholders and external clients, and helping to design and develop tailored solutions that enhance operational efficiency and customer experience. Key Responsibilities:
As a Junior Business Analyst, your key responsibilities will include:
1. Stakeholder Engagement:
– Collaborate closely with internal teams such as IT, Marketing, and Sales to gather business and technical requirements.
– Engage with external clients to understand their needs and expectations, ensuring that all requirements are accurately captured.
2. Business Needs Analysis:
– Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify business challenges and opportunities within the insurance sector.
– Evaluate current processes and workflows to recommend improvements that align with industry standards and customer expectations.
3. Solution Design and Development:
– Assist in the development of business cases that outline the rationale for proposed initiatives.
– Work with technical teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications and detailed design documentation.
4. Project Participation:
– Support project management activities by participating in project planning, execution, and monitoring.
– Help track project progress, ensuring that deliverables meet quality standards and project timelines.
5. Testing and Implementation:
– Assist in the testing of new solutions, ensuring they meet client needs and business requirements prior to implementation.
– Participate in user training sessions and provide ongoing support to end-users during the transition period.
6. Continuous Improvement:
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our solutions remain competitive.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively with diverse teams and clients.
– Familiarity with business analysis tools and methodologies (e.g., SWOT analysis, process mapping).
– Basic understanding of insurance principles and practices is a plus.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau) is advantageous.
