Key Responsibilities:

· Training & Development: Complete Alfa Laval Service Operation Competence Learnings and assessments under the guidance of a mentor.

· Technical Mastery: Learn to read maintenance manuals, perform service in our centers, and shadow jobs at customer sites.

· On-Site Expertise: Conduct performance audits, re-condition Plate Heat Exchangers, and troubleshoot High-Speed Separators and Decanters.

· Customer Engagement: Assess equipment at customer sites and identify new leads while maintaining a safety-conscious approach.

Who We’re Looking For:

· Emirati Nationality: Exclusively for UAE citizens.

· Educational Background: Fresh graduates with a degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

· Skills Required: UAE Driving License, strong communication, and interpersonal skills.
