- Daily need to clean office and serve Tea Coffee to guest and Staff
- Excellent in English speaking verbal communication
- Need to be involve in Real estate sales work.
- Excellent Microsoft Office. Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Maintain professional etiquette to welcome visitors and guide them as per requirement.
- Maintain smooth functioning of the company by supporting in-house members with general organizational tasks as per requirement.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls. And keep call records.
- Create a timely record of important meetings and agendas by maintaining the company calendar.
- Inform interested and appropriate persons about the company’s basic details through various communication modes.
- Carry general clerical tasks like scanning, photocopying, faxing, and taking notes as per requirement.
