Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Lead to join our team in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The Sales Lead will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, and driving sales growth for Noon Payments’ solutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the payments industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales.
What you’ll do:
Business Development: Identify and prospect new business opportunities to expand Noon Payments’ customer base within KSA.
Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the Sales Manager.
Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored payment solutions.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of Noon Payments’ products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to potential clients.
Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities and threats.
Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to close deals effectively.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, operations, and customer support teams to ensure seamless onboarding and customer satisfaction.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
Feedback: Provide feedback to the product development team on customer needs and market demand to help shape future offerings.
What you’ll need:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of sales experience, preferably in the payments or financial services industry.
Skills:
Strong understanding of the payments industry and related technologies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
