gulfjobsexpo.com wants to provide as full a service as possible to recruiters posting job opportunities and services and for candidates posting CVs. gulfjobsexpo.com does not makes any checks as to the vacancies offered nor is gulfjobsexpo.com able to confirm the accuracy of information that any user provides.
gulfjobsexpo.com excludes all liability in connection with any information that is provided by both advertisers, recruiters and candidates.
gulfjobsexpo.com shall use its reasonable endeavours to ensure that the Site has satisfactory functionality, however gulfjobsexpo.com cannot guarantee that the Site will be operational at all times, and as a result will not be liable for any failure or inability to provide a continuous, error free service.
gulfjobsexpo.com does not make any representation whatsoever about any job postings or advertisements, which are accessed through the Site or via a link to another website. gulfjobsexpo.com shall use its reasonable endeavours to ensure that the material on this website is accurate, but cannot accept any liability for the same as gulfjobsexpo.com relies on information provided to it by third parties. gulfjobsexpo.com advises that You must satisfy yourself as to the suitability of any candidate, agency, employer or job found through the Site.
Notwithstanding anything else contained in the Terms or on the Site, gulfjobsexpo.com shall not have any liability to You in connection with the Agreement howsoever arising in respect of loss of profits or contracts or for special, indirect or consequential loss or damage, or for any increased costs or expenses.
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless gulfjobsexpo.com and its affiliates harmless from any and all claims, actions, proceedings, losses, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of the Site and / or the Services.
Nothing in these Terms shall seek to limit liability for death or personal injury caused by gulfjobsexpo.com’s negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation made by gulfjobsexpo.com or any other statutory rights, which are not capable of being excluded.

Termination

Payment Terms and Refund Policy
Payment:
Different premium services are purchased and accessed from different pages on gulfjobsexpo.com.
All prices are in US dollars. All amounts payable by Customer must be received in full prior to commencement of Service.
Cards accepted are Visa and Mastercard or any other card allowed by our 3rd party card processing partners.
Customer will be responsible for the payment of any present or future sales, use, excise or other similar tax (excluding taxes based on gulfjobsexpo.com’s net income) applicable to the services hereunder. Amounts paid hereunder are non-refundable.
Cancellations and Refunds:
Any payments made through the Pay in Cash payment method will not be refunded regardless of the cause of termination or the party terminating the agreement. All other requests for refunds will be reviewed on a case by case basis and awarded at gulfjobsexpo.com’s sole discretion. All approved refunds will be made through the original mode of payment only.No refund will be made for online delivered services e.g Candidate Database Access Plans, Subscriptions, Job Posting Credits already used.
Credit Card Information:
The details collected do not include credit card details of customers. All credit card information will not be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased to any third parties.
